No Passport Required is a six-part food and culture series following chef Marcus Samuelsson as he explores cities in America with a thriving immigrant food scene. I was a co-editor on the New Orleans | Vietnamese episode, as well as additional editor on other episodes. I enjoyed working on the series as I have great a passion for cooking, food and culture. Here are just some of the sections I edited. More are available upon request. The series was produced by Vox | Eater and airs on PBS.
