Beyond the Headlines: Whitney Houston

During my time at NBC's Peacock Productions, I edited this Act 4 of a Beyond the Headlines episode featuring Whitney Houston for Lifetime. I also edited other portions of the show and created some of the graphics. While I’m less interested in working on factual entertainment pieces, I see working on this series as a way too stay sharp, being able to adjust my creative ideas to fit a pre-established formula. With the exception of pacing and some aesthetics, this format is the basis of many archival and biographical stories. I enjoy comparing these subgeneres and seeing what tools I can take to the next job.
